As we welcome the new year, we want to say a big thank you and share some highlights from 2025.

Real-world deployments across sectors

We had a fantastic range of real-world deployments — from NIAB and the University of Reading, to Enfield Council, property technologist’s London rooftops and innovative green wall and nature-based solution providers. Seeing Sensibee used across research, policy, urban environments, and applied ecology has been hugely rewarding.

It was also wonderful to meet many of you at the Groundswell, BlueEarth, or Climate Week meetings, where interest in scalable, evidence-driven biodiversity monitoring continues to grow. Insects are by far the highest caliber indicators of habitat quality and nature recovery, and we’re delighted to contribute to increasing their visibility and measurability.

Platform and team growth

Both Sensibee technology and our team have grown and matured. It’s now easier than ever to track insect pollinators; providing more reliable biodiversity baselines, supporting better decision-making, and saving significant time for ecologists, land managers, and local authorities.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand deployments, grow the team, and continue refining the platform — making insect monitoring simpler, faster, more scalable, and more objective.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Wishing you a restful transition and a strong start to the new year.

Best wishes,
The Sensibee team 🐝
